What colors are available?

In polyester coating (1.2 mm): RAL 9005 (black), RAL 7016 (anthracite grey), RAL 7022 (dark grey), RAL 9003 (white) and RAL 9006 (natural aluminum). In textured powder coating (1.5 mm): RAL 9005, RAL 7016, RAL 7022 and RAL 9016 (white). We also manufacture to order in any RAL chart color with a surcharge.

What sizes of ventilation grilles can you manufacture?

We manufacture made-to-measure ventilation grilles in any length and height, from a minimum of 20×20 cm with no maximum size. We work from small formats like 40×40 cm up to large grilles of 1000×1000 mm and beyond, according to the project's drawings.

Made-to-measure aluminum ventilation grilles

Industrias Mas ventilation grilles are made to measure in polyester-painted aluminum, with the exact dimensions of each opening. They work for exterior facades and walls as well as interior spaces, garages or technical rooms, and are manufactured from small formats up to large grilles over 1000 mm. The fixed louvers ensure permanent ventilation and the mounting system hides the screws for a clean finish, with no visible fixings. Alongside polyester-painted aluminum, we also make them in AISI 316 stainless steel.

Each grille is manufactured to the exact dimensions of the opening. Custom length and height, with standard colors available or any RAL color with a surcharge.

No Visible Fixings

Mounting system that hides the anchor screws for a clean, design-forward finish, integrated into any facade.

Aluminum or Stainless Steel

1.2 mm aluminum with 25 microns of polyester coating on both sides, or 1.5 mm aluminum with a textured powder coating. Resistant to corrosion, UV rays and thermal variations. You can also choose an AISI 316 stainless steel finish.

Fixed Louvers

Fixed, angled louvers that ensure permanent, effective ventilation, with no moving parts requiring maintenance.
